California residents are subject to sales tax.
Most items ship through UPS or FedEx. We do not require a signature for deliveries, but the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the carriers discretion. Oversized-items (i.e. futons, sofas, dining sets, bedroom furniture) usually leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days and arrive directly to your shipping address via a freight carrier. Delivery time for most oversized items is 1-3 weeks from the shipping date depending on the area you live in. Prior to delivery, you will receive a call from our dedicated contracted carrier to arrange for a 4-hour weekday delivery window appointment between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. Please include the most relevant phone number for contact when the order is placed. Freight service will deliver piece(s) to the customers room of choice. However, it does not include furniture arrangement or old furniture removal. All of this is done by trained professionals.
All items are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full price of the item minus our shipping costs. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be subject to the actual cost of outbound shipping associated with the order and the 15% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. And it will be deducted from your return refund. For refunds requested after the given time period, the refund policy will not apply. Order cancellation and/or refusal without any sign of damages will subject to a 15% restocking fee. In rare occasions, if there are damages in transit, please contact us immediately. We require you to save all packaging and the item as the shipping company may need to examine it for claims. You will be required to send us pictures of the damage. We will send replacement parts if needed at no cost to you.
